"
…a brilliant algorithm developer…can see things in math space and design a solution to a computational problem and then write the software to code it…also the best person at listening to a problem, digesting it, and then doing the work without a lot of iteration and course correction—very efficient at drawing out what needs to be done and then doing it.”

Management team
Our management team has extensive experience building and managing systems and includes former DARPA program managers and Defense Acquisition University graduates. Our team holds a successful track record of meeting and exceeding program objectives on time—and on budget.
Focus and balance
Our people focus on our customers’ missions, striving for excellence using their extensive technical and operational experience and their flexible problem-solving abilities. They work with our customers and teammates, sharing the credit, the problems—and the solutions. At the same time, while we’re a systems solutions-focused company, we’re also a people-focused company. We balance our people’s needs with our customers’ needs. It goes back to the fundamentals—we strongly believe that if we take care of our people, they will want to stay with us and continue supporting our customers.
We advocate advanced, environmentally responsible solutions—from nuclear to “green”—for a broad range of issues. We perform energy analysis and systems studies and serve as a resource for the Departments of Energy and Defense, National Laboratories, and commercial clients. We are developing capabilities in nuclear energy (advanced fission reactors, fission-fusion hybrids, fusion), biofuels, and other renewables.
We’re always looking for creative, bright people to join our dynamic team in developing and executing solutions to problems of national and international significance. Our collegial environment and projects in multiple domains allow you to embrace The Art of Science™ and gain knowledge and experience, challenge your limits, expand your horizons, and evolve your career.
