Logos—The Art of Science ®
Working collaboratively with our clients and teammates, we provide innovative solutions and technically creative staff with an entrepreneurial spirit to problems of national and international significance. We are always seeking fresh and effective ways to develop ideas, prove them, and create successful finished products and best-fit solutions for our clients.
Persistent Surveillance Division
We support the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and law enforcement by developing sensors for broad-area persistent surveillance, developing exploitation tools to harvest intelligence from collected imagery, and performing rapid prototyping and integration for flight testing new hardware and capabilities. Our team members co-won the 2007 R&D 100 Award for the Best 100 New Inventions of 2006 and the Army’s Best Ten Inventions Award for 2007.
National Security Services Division
Our offerings combine sophisticated network operations, a robust information assurance capability and advanced information and intelligence analytics to sustain critical customer operations. Our cyber operations combined with our advanced information analytics. Our capabilities provide our customers with a full understanding of their operational environment and operational vulnerabilities based on risk and probability of occurrence (PoO). Our team creates end-to-end; cost effective, cyber solutions for partners, clients and customers.
Technology Division
Logos’ Technology Division designs and executes the first stages of innovative programs, incubating them until they are mature enough to commercialize and move to another Logos division for further exploitation—our Persistent Surveillance Division evolved from such work. The Technology Division is also home to the Software Development Group, which efficiently delivers mission-critical software to fully meet customer requirements.
Our group has broad, multidisciplinary capabilities and brings together diverse ideas and perspectives to solve problems of national importance. Our talented scientists, engineers, and technicians are intellectually curious and come from many domains—communications, synthetic and biofuels, persistent surveillance, software engineering, sensor processing, space systems, advanced information processing, systems integration—and apply this broad focus to support our Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers.
Energy Systems Division
Our Energy Systems Division staff are award-winning subject matter experts. Awards include Excellence in Weapons Science Award and E.O. Lawrence Award (DOE); Excellence in Plasma Physics Award, American Physical Society (APS); Edward Teller Award, American Nuclear Society; as well as Fellow, American Physical Society (APS), Division of Plasma Physics and Fellow, European Institute of Physics.
